Exactly....thats what I was trying to get at, overboring without any change to the heads leaves the area that you are compressing all of the gases into the same size, so the only thing that changes is the displacement of the cylinder, which is very slight (1.1%). Therefor, you are compressing a only slightly larger volume of mixture into the same volume combustion area, resulting in a very slight increase in CR. That's how I thought it was all along, but because of what Nixit said before, I wanted to make sure my logic wasn't flawed.
